The holidays can be especially difficult after the loss of a loved one. GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays offers comfort, understanding, and practical help for facing this season with hope.

This encouraging seminar includes video interviews with counselors, grief experts, and others who have walked this same path—sharing honest stories and helpful tips on:
• Managing unexpected emotions
• Deciding what to do about traditions
• Handling gatherings and invitations
• Finding strength and hope amid grief
