Spirit of Christmas Tree benefiting Rahab’s Retreat

Beginning November 1, come by Geektopia in Downtown Kilgore and choose an ornament from our Spirit of Christmas Tree. Each ornament represents a child living at Rahab’s Retreat and will have gift information for each one. Participants choose an ornament and purchase Christmas gifts for each child based on the information on the ornament tag. Gifts are returned unwrapped and tagged to Geektopia, and they will take them to Rehab’s Retreat for wrapping and gifting on Christmas Day. The ornament itself is a keepsake for the gift-giver. Geektopia will also accept donations of wrapping paper for the project, and is working with a local artist to have gifts for the women as well (monetary donations to aid in covering that cost will also be accepted).
