Contestants $40 per Category (Chicken, ribs, brisket) or $100 for all 3. Turn in times – chicken 12pm, ribs 1pm, brisket 2pm

No water or electric – bring own wash station

Youth Teams – no entry fee – prizes – youth teams must cook on separate cooking stations than other teams.
